Refrigerant Pressure Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

When performing the following underhood servicing, it is necessary to disarm the airbag system as stated MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING. After completion of procedure, rearm airbag system.

1. Discharge air conditioning system using a freon recovery station.
2. Remove right headlight.
3. Disconnect switch connector and remove switch.
4. Install new switch, then evacuate and charge air conditioning system.
5. Inspect system for leaks, and inspect air conditioning operation.
6. Install headlight.
