Ignition Relay: Testing and Inspection

Ignition Relay Inspection:

- Disconnect and remove relay.
- Check terminals for continuity as shown.

Ignition Relay Inspection:

- Apply battery voltage across terminals 3 and 6.
- Continuity should be present across terminals 1 and 2.

Ignition Relay Inspection:

- Apply battery voltage across terminals 4 and 5.
- Continuity should be present across terminals 1 and 2.
- Replace relay if it fails any portion of this procedure.
