Air Bag Control Module: Service and Repair
Fig. 48 Center Sensor Removal:
Disarm and arm airbag system as described under
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING. Remove components as shown in
Fig. 48 in order to remove center sensor. Ensure to disconnect connectors while sensor is still mounted to the vehicle.
Torque sensor bolts to 9 ft. lbs.
