Main Throttle Position Sensor

1. Loosen the 2 set screws of the throttle position sensor.

2. Insert a 0.40 mm (0.016 in) feeler gauge between the throttle stop screw and stop lever.
3. Connect the tester probes of an ohmmeter to terminals IDL1 and E2 of the throttle position sensor.

4. Gradually turn the throttle position sensor clockwise until the ohmmeter deflects, and secure it with the 2 set screws.

5. Recheck the continuity between terminals IDL1 and E2.
