Oil Pump Overhaul

DISASSEMBLY





1. Remove drive and driven rotors.
Remove the 7 screws, pump cover, drive rotor, driven rotor and gasket.





2. Remove relief valve.
Remove the plug, gasket, spring and relief valve.

ASSEMBLY
1. Install relief valve.
Install the relief valve, spring, gasket and plug.
Torque: 49 Nm (35 ft. lbs.)

NOTE: Install a new gasket to the plug.

2. Install drive and driven rotors.
Install the gasket, driven rotor, drive rotor, pump cover and 7 screws.

NOTE: Place a new gasket on the pump body.
