Transmission Cooler: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT
1. Remove radiator grille, as follows:





a. Remove the five screws.
b. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the clip.

REMOVAL NOTE: Tape a screwdriver tip before use.

c. Remove the radiator grille.
2. Remove oil cooler, as follows:





a. Loosen the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 hoses.





b. Remove the eight bolts and oil cooler.
Torque: 11 Nm (96 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

INSTALLATION NOTE: After installation, check fluid level.
