Under certain driving conditions, some vehicles equipped with the 2UZ-FE V8 engine may exhibit a M.I.L. "ON" with DTC P0135 (Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction, Bank 1) or DTC P0155 (Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction, Bank 2)

APPLICABLE VEHICLES: 1998 2001 model year LX470 vehicles.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Should a M.I.L. "ON" condition with DTC P0135 or P0155 occur, refer to the specific model repair manual and follow proper diagnostic procedures before replacement of parts.

If the Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit malfunctions, replace not only the Oxygen Sensor on specified bank but also the Oxygen Sensor on the other bank.
