Cruise Control: Description and Operation
SYSTEM OUTLINEDYNAMIC LASER CRUISE CONTROL
The adaptive laser cruise control system allows the vehicle to travel at a constant speed. Also according to the signals from the laser radar sensor and steering sensor, the system controls the vehicle to travel maintaining a certain following distance in proportion to the speed of the vehicle ahead.
CRUISE CONTROL
In the cruise control system, the engine control module controls the throttle control motor to allow the vehicle to travel at a constant speed set by the cruise control SW.
