Power Window Does Not Operate By Operation Interlocked With Key

POWER WINDOW CANNOT BE OPERATED BY OPERATION INTERLOCKED WITH KEY (ONLY DRIVER'S WINDOW)

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

When the driver's door is held in the locking state for 1.5 seconds or more via the key operation with no key inserted in the ignition switch, the driver door ECU drives the power window motor at the same time when a signal is transmitted multiply to the passenger door ECU. And then, the passenger door ECU drives the power window motor.

NOTE: Power window system has a function with a large-scale body multiplex communications. First of all, inspect the communication function depending on the "how to proceed with troubleshooting", and check there is no abnormality in the communication system. Then finally proceed with the troubleshooting. Also, if the power window system has a malfunction in the jam protection function, the AUTO operations are prohibited. Because of this, confirm the diagnosis code is normal before the troubleshooting.
