REMOVAL1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
3. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE JACK CARRIER SUPPORT
6. REMOVE JACK ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
9. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
10. REMOVE DECK NO.2 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
11. REMOVE DECK NO.3 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
12. REMOVE BACK DOOR WEATHERSTRIP
13. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
14. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
15. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
16. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE RH
17. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM COVER RH
18. SEPARATE REAR NO.1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER RH
19. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH
20. REMOVE ROPE HOOK
21. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH
22. REMOVE NO.2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY
23. REMOVE NO.1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP
24. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY INNER RH
25. REMOVE TELEVISION CAMERA ECU (w/ Rear View Monitor)
26. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER
a. Disconnect the 6 connectors.
b. Remove the 3 nuts and the multi-display controller.
c. Remove the 2 screws and the television display bracket A.
d. Remove the 2 screws and the television display bracket B.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER
a. Install the television display bracket B with the 2 screws.
b. Install the television display bracket A with the 2 screws.
c. Install the multi-display controller with the 3 nuts.
d. Connect the 6 connectors.
2. INSTALL TELEVISION CAMERA ECU (w/ Rear View Monitor)
3. INSTALL ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY INNER RH
4. INSTALL NO.1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP
5. INSTALL NO.2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH
7. INSTALL ROPE HOOK
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE COVER RH
9. INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER RH
10. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM COVER RH
11. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE RH
12. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
13. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
14. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
15. INSTALL BACK DOOR WEATHERSTRIP
16. INSTALL DECK NO.3 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
17. INSTALL DECK NO.2 BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
18. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
19. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
20. INSTALL JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY
21. INSTALL JACK ASSEMBLY
22. INSTALL JACK CARRIER SUPPORT
23. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
24. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
25. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
26. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
27. PERFORM INITIALIZATION Programming and Relearning
NOTE: Some systems need initialization when disconnecting the cable from negative battery terminal.
