Rear Wiper Motor

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT REAR WIPER MOTOR




a. Connect the positive battery (+) lead to terminal 1 (+B) of the connector, the negative battery (-) lead to terminal 3 (LS) and rear wiper motor body, and check that the rear wiper motor operates.




b. Automatic Stop Position Operation Check
1. Connect the positive battery (+) lead to terminal 1 (+B) of the connector, the negative battery (-) lead to terminal 3 (LS) and rear wiper motor body. With the motor being rotated disconnect the terminal 3 (LS) from the battery (-), then check that the wiper motor stops automatically at the automatic stop position.
