DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT




a. Remove the 3 screws and the No. 1 heater to register duct.

2. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

a. Remove the 3 screws and the No. 3 heater to register duct.

3. REMOVE SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

a. Remove the screw and the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct.

4. REMOVE SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

a. Remove the screw and the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct.

5. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

a. Remove the 3 screws and the defroster nozzle assembly.

6. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

a. Remove the 4 screws and the No. 2 heater to register duct.

7. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

a. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the side defroster nozzle.

8. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
9. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA
10. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

11. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
12. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

a. Disengage the 8 claws and 2 clips, and then remove the defroster nozzle garnish.

13. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

a. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the automatic light control sensor.

14. REMOVE ENGINE SWITCH

a. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the engine switch.

15. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SPACER

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SPACER
2. INSTALL ENGINE SWITCH

a. Engage the 2 claws and install the engine switch.

3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

a. Engage the 2 claws and install the automatic light control sensor.

4. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH

a. Engage the 8 claws and 2 clips, and install the defroster nozzle garnish.

5. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

a. Engage the 5 clamps.
b. Connect the connector and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

7. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA
8. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
9. INSTALL SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE

a. Engage the 4 claws and install the side defroster nozzle.

10. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

a. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 4 screws .

11. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

a. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws .

12. INSTALL SIDE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

a. Install the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct with the screw .

13. INSTALL SIDE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

a. Install the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct with the screw .

14. INSTALL NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

a. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws .

15. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

a. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws .
