Heated Oxygen Sensor
INSTALLATION1. INSTALL OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2)
a. Temporarily tighten the oxygen sensor to the exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.
NOTE: Do not damage the oxygen sensor.
b. Using SST, fully tighten the oxygen sensor to the exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.

Torque: 44 N.m (449 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
2. INSTALL EXHAUST FRONT PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)
3. INSTALL NO. 3 EXHAUST FRONT PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)
a. Install the No. 3 exhaust front pipe sub-assembly with the 4 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 compression springs.
4. INSTALL OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1)
a. Temporarily tighten the oxygen sensor to the No. 3 exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.
NOTE: Do not damage the oxygen sensor.
b. Using SST, fully tighten the oxygen sensor to the No. 3 exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.

Torque: 44 N.m (449 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
c. Connect the oxygen sensor connector and clamp.
REMOVAL
1. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1)
a. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector and 2 clamps.
b. Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the No. 3 exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.

NOTE: Do not damage the oxygen sensor.
2. REMOVE NO. 3 EXHAUST FRONT PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)
a. Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 compression springs and No. 3 exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.
3. REMOVE EXHAUST FRONT PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)
4. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2)
a. Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust front pipe assembly .
