Removal and Installation

Headlight Assembly:

HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)
2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER
3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight)

a. Remove the 3 bolts.

b. Pull out the headlight assembly forward, then release the headlight mounting bracket.
c. Disconnect the connectors and clamp, remove the headlight assembly.

5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight)

a. Remove the 4 bolts.

b. Pull out the headlight assembly forward, then release the headlight bracket.
c. Disconnect the connectors and clamp, remove the headlight assembly.

6. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT

a. Using needle nose pliers, release the 2 claw fittings and remove the front No. 2 bumper side support from the headlight assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT

a. Engage the 2 claws and install the front No. 2 bumper side support.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for Halogen Headlight)
a. Connect the connector and clamp.

b. Install the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

c. Install the 3 bolts.

3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for HID Headlight with AFS)
a. Connect the connector and clamp.

b. Install the headlight assembly as shown in the illustration.

c. Install the 4 bolts.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER
6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)
7. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT
8. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a tester)
9. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen)
10. HEADLIGHT AIMING INSPECTION
11. HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT
12. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING
13. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING
14. FOG LIGHT AIMING INSPECTION
15. FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT
