Reassembly
SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side): REASSEMBLY
REASSEMBLY
1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION PROTECTOR
2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER LH
(a) Using a torx socket wrench (T40), install the front seat track assembly outer LH with the 6 torx bolts.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 in-lbf)
(b) Connect the connector.
3. INSTALL OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU
4. INSTALL SEAT POSITION AIR BAG SENSOR
5. INSTALL SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
6. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)
(a) Using a hexagon wrench 4.0mm (0.15 in.), install the power seat motor assembly (slide) with the 2 hexagon bolts and nut.
Bolt - Torque: 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf)
Nut - Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
(b) Using a hexagon wrench 4.0mm(0.15 in.), install the power seat motor assembly (reclining) with the 3 hexagon bolts.
Bolt - Torque: 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the connectors.
7. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)
(a) Using a hexagon wrench 4.0 mm (0.15 in.), install the power seat motor assembly (front vertical) with the 2 hexagon bolts and nut.
Bolt - Torque: 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf)
Nut - Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
(b) Using a hexagon wrench 4.0mm (0.15 in.), install the power seat motor assembly (lifter) with the 2 hexagon bolts and nut.
Bolt - Torque: 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf)
Nut - Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)
(c) Using a hexagon wrench 4.0mm(0.15 in.), install the power seat motor assembly (reclining) with the 3 hexagon bolts.
Bolt - Torque: 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf)
(d) Connect the connectors.
8. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT POWER SEAT MOTOR
9. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH
10. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER RH
11. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER LH
12. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER OUTSIDE COVER RH
13. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH
14. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER
(a) Install the seatback pad.
(b) Cover the top of the seatback pad with the front seatback cover.
(c) Using hog ring pliers, install the front seatback cover completely with new hog rings.
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.
15. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
(a) Install the seatback cover together with the pad with new hog rings.
(b) Install the front seatback cover bracket with the nut.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(c) Install the wire harness and clamp of the side airbag through the seat cushion cover end.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the cover.
(d) Connect the connector.
16. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT
17. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD COVER
18. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
19. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the seat armrest assembly LH with the bolt.
Torque: 37 Nm (377 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)
20. INSTALL SEAT ARMREST CAP NO. 1
21. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
22. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a) Install the seat cushion pad to the seat cushion cover.
(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.
23. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
24. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LEG COVER LH
25. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LEG COVER NO. 1
26. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER RH
27. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER LH
28. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH
29. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
30. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU & SWITCH
31. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
32. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH
33. INSTALL SLIDE & VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB
34. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB
