Installation

BRAKE: FRONT BRAKE (for 4GR-FSE):

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY






(a) Install the disc brake cylinder assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 34 Nm (350 kgf-cm, 25 ft-lbf)






(b) Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
Torque: 30 Nm (310 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder.

2. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID Service and Repair

3. BLEED BRAKE LINE Service and Repair

4. BLEED BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY Service and Repair

5. INSPECT FLUID BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR Service and Repair

6. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
7. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
