DTC C1626/5C-57 - Steering Angle Sensor Failure

DESCRIPTION

When the parking assist ECU's self-diagnosis determines that the steering angle sensor has a malfunction, this DTC is output.





HINT: 5C-41 is for steering angle sensor interior malfunctions, and 5C-57 is for steering angle sensor signal stuck malfunctions.

1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT WITH INTELLIGENT TESTER OR TECHSTREAM
(a) Clear the DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.
(b) Check for DTCs Advanced Parking Guidance System.

2. CHECK DTC OUTPUT ON MULTI-DISPLAY
(a) Enter the Diagnosis Menu on the multi-display Advanced Parking Guidance System.
(b) Check the code.
