BRAKE: FRONT BRAKE: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY LH






(a) Install the disc brake cylinder assembly LH with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 34 Nm (350 kgf-cm, 25 ft-lbf)
2. CONNECT FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE
(a) Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt and a new gasket.
Torque: 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake cylinder sub-assembly.

3. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID Service and Repair

4. BLEED MASTER CYLINDER Service and Repair

5. BLEED BRAKE LINE Service and Repair

6. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR Service and Repair

7. CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
8. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)
