2GR-FE FUEL PUMP RESISTOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP RESISTOR






(a) Install the fuel pump resistor with the nut.
Torque: 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)
(b) Connect the connector to the fuel pump resistor.
2. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE Installation

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
4. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization procedure Repair Instruction - Initialization.
HINT: Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
