P310 HYBRID BATTERY CONTROL: HV RELAY ASSEMBLY:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE RELAY ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Wear insulated gloves and protective glasses.

(a) Install the HV relay assembly with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 4.5 Nm (46 kgf-cm, 40 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 2 connectors on the HV relay assembly.

(d) Install the No.3 wire frame to the HV relay with the 2 nuts.
- Make sure that each end of the No. 3 wire frame does not cross over each other.
- Be sure to connect the No. 3 wire frame to each correct terminal as shown in the illustration.

Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf)
(e) Install the No.3 wire frame connector to the HV relay assembly.

5. INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER DUCT Installation

6. INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER BRACKET Installation

7. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT Installation

8. INSTALL FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY FRONT Installation

9. INSTALL AIR INTAKE COVER CENTER Installation

10. INSTALL AIR INTAKE COVER Installation

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

12. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER
13. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH Installation

14. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER
15. INSPECT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCK SIMULTANEOUSLY Installation

16. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP Installation

17. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
18. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
