EXTERIOR: SIDE STEP: REMOVAL

REMOVAL
HINT: On the RH side, use the same procedures as on the LH side.

1. REMOVE SIDE DOOR STEP PLATE COVER FRONT LH





(a) Remove the 6 bolts,13 clips and step sub-assembly.
(b) Disconnect the step light wiring connector.
2. REMOVE SIDE STEP BRACKET





(a) Remove the 6 bolts and bracket.
3. REMOVE STEP PLATE LH





(a) Disengage the 15 clips and remove the step plate from the cover.
