DESCRIPTION
This is the power source for rear blower motor.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT REAR COOLER BLOWER MOTOR
(a) Remove the rear cooler blower motor.
(b) Disconnect the connector from the rear cooler blower motor.
(c) Connect the positive (+) lead to terminal Z of the rear cooler blower motor, negative (-) lead to terminal 1.
OK:
Rear cooler blower motor operate smoothly.
NG -- REPLACE REAR COOLER BLOWER MOTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR COOLER POWER TRANSISTOR ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)
(a) Check for open and short circuit in the harness and the connector between the rear cooler power transistor assembly and the body ground Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR COOLER POWER TRANSISTOR ASSEMBLY - A/C AMPLIFIER)
(a) Check for open and short circuit in the harness and the connector between the rear cooler power transistor assembly and the A/C amplifier Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR COOLER POWER TRANSISTOR - REAR COOLER BLOWER MOTOR)
(a) Check for open and short circuit in the harness and the connector between the rear cooler power transistor assembly and the rear cooler blower motor Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR COOLER BLOWER MOTOR - BATTERY)
(a) Check for open and short circuit in the harness and the connector between the rear cooler blower motor and the body ground Electronic Circuit Inspection Procedure.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
6. INSPECT REAR COOLER POWER TRANSISTOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the rear cooler power transistor assembly
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPLACE REAR COOLER POWER TRANSISTOR ASSEMBLY
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
