LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL





(a) Install the No. 2 radiator side air seal with the 3 clips.
2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
(a) Connect the connectors.





(b) Install the headlight assembly with the bolt and 2 screws.
Torque: 2.0 Nm (20 kgf-cm, 18 in-lbf)
3. INSTALL NO. 2 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR





(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 2 front side panel protector.
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the front bumper stay sub-assembly with the bolt and 2 nuts.
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
8. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER
9. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE
10. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT Adjustments
11. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen) Adjustments
12. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING Adjustments
13. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING Adjustments
14. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING Adjustments
