LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM COVER SIDE
2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL UPPER Removal
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH Removal
4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH Removal
5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER Removal
6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the bolt and 2 nuts.
(b) Remove the front bumper stay sub-assembly.
7. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR





(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 2 front side panel protector.
8. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the bolt and 2 screws.
(b) Pull out the headlight assembly forward, then release the headlight bracket.
(c) Disconnect the connectors and remove the headlight assembly.
9. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL





(a) Remove the 3 clips and the No. 2 radiator side air seal.
