EXTERIOR: ROOF RACK: REMOVAL

REMOVAL
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.





1. REMOVE FRONT ROOF RACK LEG COVER LH
(a) Detach the clip and 2 claws.
(b) Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.





2. REMOVE REAR ROOF RACK LEG COVER LH
(a) Detach the clip and 2 claws.
(b) Detach the 2 guides and remove the cover.
3. REMOVE CENTER ROOF RACK SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Crossbar)
HINT: Use the same procedures to remove the other roof rack support.





(a) Remove the cushion.
(b) Remove the screw.





(c) Detach the 2 pins and remove the roof rack support as shown in the illustration.
4. REMOVE ROOF RACK ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and roof rack.





5. REMOVE ROOF CARRIER CAP (w/ Sliding Roof)
(a) Remove the roof carrier cap from the roof rack.
6. REMOVE ROOF CARRIER SEAL
(a) Remove the 2 roof carrier seals.
