INTRODUCTION:
Some 2009 model year Pebble Beach Edition RX models may experience a condition where the Pebble Beach Emblem falls off or slides down the fender in hot weather. An improved emblem has been developed to correct this condition. Use the repair procedure below to replace the emblem.

This TSB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

REQUIRED TOOLS & MATERIAL:
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Repair vehicle by using the improved service part emblem and attaching it to the original location on the fender.
1. Clean the old adhesive from the fender with 3M� General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner (P/N 08984) or equivalent.
2. Install the NEW badge by aligning the badge 10mm in from the front edge of the fender and 5mm up from the bottom of the character line (please refer to Figure 1 for the correct location).
