ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT ENGINE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK
(a) Ignition switch to the OFF position.
(b) Remove the engine room junction block.
(c) Inspect the fan main relay.





(d) Connect the positive battery lead wire to terminal FCB of the engine room junction block, and connect the negative battery lead wires to terminals SGND and PGND.






(e) Measure voltage between terminals FCL and SGND.

Standard:





(f) Additionally connect the positive battery lead to terminal IG1 with the condition (1) maintained.






(g) Measure voltage between the terminals.

Standard:
