C1794/94 - Height Control OFF Switch Circuit (Test Mode DTC)
DESCRIPTION
If the height control OFF switch is pressed when the vehicle is stopped with the engine running or the engine switch on (IG), vehicle height control is disabled and remains disabled even after the engine switch is turned off. Pressing the height control OFF switch again with the engine running or the engine switch on (IG) resumes vehicle height control. If the vehicle speed reaches approximately 30 km/h (19 mph) when vehicle height control is disabled, vehicle height control automatically resumes.

NOTICE:
When replacing the suspension control ECU, perform registration Testing and Inspection.
PROCEDURE
1. INSPECT HEIGHT CONTROL OFF SWITCH (COMBINATION SWITCH)
(a) Remove the combination switch Removal.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:

NG -- REPLACE COMBINATION SWITCH ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU - HEIGHT CONTROL OFF SWITCH)
(a) Disconnect the A40 suspension control ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the i5 combination switch connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU Removal
