EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: ROOF RACK: REMOVAL

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
* The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
1. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF SIDE GARNISH LID LH

HINT
Use the same procedure for all No. 1 roof side garnish lids.





(a) Put protective tape around the No. 1 roof side garnish lid.

(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and 2 guides and remove the No. 1 roof side garnish lid.

HINT
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE ROOF RACK ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Put protective tape around the roof rack.

(b) Remove the 6 bolts and roof rack.

3. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF CARRIER SEAL

HINT
Use the same procedure for all No. 2 roof carrier seals.

(a) Remove the 6 No. 2 roof carrier seals from the roof rack.
