Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR

(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new No. 1 air conditioning pressure sensor.

Compressor oil:

ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

(b) Install the new air conditioning pressure sensor.

Torque : 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)





(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE SENSOR (W/ No. 2 Air Conditioning Pressure Sensor)

(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new No. 2 air conditioning pressure sensor.

Compressor oil:

ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

(b) Install the new air conditioning pressure sensor.

Torque : 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)





(c) Connect the connector.

3. CHARGE WITH REFRIGERANT Service and Repair

4. WARM UP ENGINE Service and Repair

5. INSPECT FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK Service and Repair

6. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH (W/ No. 2 Air Conditioning Pressure Sensor) Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
