4GR-FSE ENGINE CONTROL: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission) Removal

2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission) Removal

3. REMOVE UPPER NO. 1 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH (for Automatic Transmission) Removal

4. REMOVE UPPER NO. 2 CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH (for Automatic Transmission) Removal

5. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transmission) Removal

6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission) Removal

7. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transmission) Removal

8. REMOVE FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

10. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX Removal

11. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR

(a) Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.





(b) Disconnect the grommet from the body.





(c) Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust pipe assembly.
