Installation

2GR-FSE IGNITION: IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUG: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SPARK PLUG

(a) Install the 6 spark plugs.

Torque : 25 Nm (254 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 6 ignition coils with the 6 bolts.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the 6 ignition coil connectors.

(c) Connect the 2 wire harness clamps and the noise filter connector.





3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL NO. 2 VENTILATION HOSE

(a) Connect the ventilation hose to the cylinder head cover with the clamp.





5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

6. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

7. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

8. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL Installation
