2UR-GSE FUEL: INJECTOR DRIVER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER

NOTICE:
* Be careful not to drop or strike the injector drivers.
* The injector drivers are grounded at the bolt and nut. To ensure that they are grounded, remove all oil and foreign matter from the installation areas of the injector drivers and engine before installing the injector drivers.
(a) Install the 2 injector drivers to the intake air surge tank assembly with the 8 nuts.





Torque : 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 8 injector driver connectors.





(1) Connect the 6 connectors with wire harness locks and the 2 connectors without wire harness locks to the 2 injector drivers.

NOTICE:
Connect the connectors securely.

HINT
Move the lock lever in the direction indicated by the arrow to lock the connectors.

2. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Testing and Inspection.
