2UR-GSE FUEL: INJECTOR DRIVER: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Testing and Inspection.

2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE INJECTOR DRIVER

(a) Disconnect the 8 injector driver connectors.





(1) Disconnect the 6 connectors with wire harness locks and the 2 connectors without wire harness locks from the 2 injector drivers.

HINT
To release each connector lock, push the claw downward ("Release" in the illustration) and move the lock lever ("Move" in the illustration).

(b) Remove the 8 nuts and 2 injector drivers from the intake air surge tank assembly.





NOTICE:
Be careful not to drop or strike the injector drivers.
