Installation

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 hooks on the backside of the seatback.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.





(b) Connect the connector.

(c) Install the 4 bolts and nut.

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(d) w/ Seat Heater System:

Connect the connector.





(e) w/ Seat Heater System:

Install the junction block with the bolt.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)

(f) Attach the hook to the wire. Then attach the 2 clips to install the rear seat armrest hole board.





(g) While pressing the button, lower the headrest.





(h) Raise the center armrest.

(i) Install the rear seat belt to the shoulder belt guide.

HINT
Use the same procedure to install the belt on the other side.





(j) Attach the 2 claws to close the 2 caps.

HINT
Use the same procedure to close the 2 caps on the other side.

(k) Connect the 3 seat belt anchors and install the 2 bolts and nut.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)





2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY





NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(a) w/ Seat Heater System:

Connect the 2 connectors.

(b) Attach the 2 rear hooks of the seat cushion to the seatback.

(c) Attach the 3 hooks to install the seat cushion.

(d) Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

NOTICE:
When installing the seat cushion, make sure the seat belt buckle is not under the seat cushion.

3. CHECK SEAT HEATER SYSTEM (w/ Seat Heater System)

(a) Check the seat heater system Operation Check.

4. CHECK REAR SUNSHADE SYSTEM

(a) Check the rear sunshade system Operation Check.

5. CHECK REAR DOOR SUNSHADE SYSTEM (w/ Rear Door Sunshade)

(a) Check the rear door sunshade system Operation Check.
