2ZR-FXE ENGINE CONTROL: HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

(a) Using SST, install the heated oxygen sensor onto the front exhaust pipe.

SST : 09224-00010

without SST - Torque : 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf)

with SST - Torque : 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when using SST with a fulcrum length of 30 mm (1.18 in.) and a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.) Service Precautions.
* The "with SST" torque value is effective when SST is parallel to the torque wrench.

(b) Connect the wire harness to install the wire harness clamp bracket.

(c) Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

Torque : 13 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(d) Install the wire harness bracket.

(e) Connect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

2. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK

3. INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 ENGINE UNDER COVER

(a) Install the front No. 3 engine under cover with the 4 clips.
