DESCRIPTION

These DTCs are stored when a malfunction occurs in the satellite radio antenna which is connected to the radio receiver assembly.





INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
After replacing the radio receiver assembly of vehicles subscribed to pay-type satellite radio broadcasts, the XM radio ID registration is necessary.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK CONNECTION OF ANTENNA CABLE

(a) Check if the satellite radio antenna cable is securely connected to the radio receiver assembly.

OK:

Satellite radio antenna cable is securely connected.

NG -- SECURELY CONNECT SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA CABLE
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. REPLACE SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA

(a) Replace the satellite radio antenna Removal. (for Glass Roof)

(b) Replace the satellite radio antenna Removal. (for Sliding Roof)

(c) Clear the DTCs Audio and Visual System (w/ Navigation System).

(d) Recheck for DTCs and check if the same DTC is output again.

OK:

No DTC is output.

NG -- REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

OK -- END
