Removal

NAVIGATION: NAVIGATION ECU: REMOVAL

1. EJECT MAP DISC

(a) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the cover as shown in the illustration.

(b) Turn the engine switch on (ACC).

(c) Push the "MENU" button.

(d) Touch "Map DVD" on the navigation screen.

(e) Touch "EJECT DVD" on the navigation screen to eject the map disc.

(f) Turn the engine switch off.

2. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE Removal

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal

5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal

6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY WITH RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Removal

8. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET Removal

9. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET Removal

10. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips.

(b) Remove the display and navigation module display assembly.

11. REMOVE NAVIGATION MODULE BOARD

(a) Disconnect each connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws.

(d) Remove the navigation module board as shown in the illustration.
