Installation





1UR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: MASS AIR FLOW METER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL MASS AIR FLOW METER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the mass air flow meter with the 2 screws.

Torque : 1.0 Nm (10 kgf-cm, 9 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 4 clips and install the air cleaner cap with the bolt.

Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

HINT
When installing the air cleaner hose, align its groove with the protrusion of the throttle body as shown in the illustration.

(b) Tighten the hose clamp.

Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)

HINT
Make sure the direction of the hose clamp is as shown in the illustration.

(c) Attach the clamp and connect the mass air flow meter connector.
