2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: VVT SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL VVT SENSOR (for Bank 2 Exhaust Side)

(a) Install the VVT sensor with the bolt.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the VVT sensor connector.

2. INSTALL VVT SENSOR (for Bank 2 Intake Side)

(a) Install the VVT sensor with the bolt.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the VVT sensor connector.

3. INSTALL VVT SENSOR (for Bank 1 Exhaust Side)

(a) Install the VVT sensor with the bolt.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the VVT sensor connector.

4. INSTALL VVT SENSOR (for Bank 1 Intake Side)

(a) Install the VVT sensor with the bolt.





Torque : 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the VVT sensor connector.

6. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

7. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

11. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection

12. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS Testing and Inspection

13. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION UPPER CENTER BRACE Installation

14. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

15. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

16. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

17. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

18. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
