ISSUE
Some 2010 Taurus, Flex, MKS and MKT vehicles may exhibit an automatic transmission tip-in delay/hesitation shift at speeds between 15-20 MPH (24-32 Km/h). A new calibration is available that will improve shift feel on a tip-in between 15-20 MPH (24-32 Km/h).
ACTION
Reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 69.03 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2010.9 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
