Wiper Motor: Service and Repair

MARK VI & 1982---88 TOWN CAR

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect right side washer nozzle hose clip and remove right side wiper arm and blade assembly from pivot shaft.
3. Remove wiper motor linkage cover.
4. Disconnect linkage drive arm from the motor output arm crankpin by removing retainer clip.
5. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the motor.
6. Remove three bolts retaining the motor to the dash panel extension and the motor.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
