MOON ROOF OPERATION - POP-UP VENT FEATURE


LINCOLN-MERCURY 1984 MARK VII

The Mark VII Moon Roof offers a "pop-up" vent feature. If the Moon Roof control switch is operated incorrectly, i.e., the wrong side of the switch was pressed to raise or lower the glass panel, the roof will not operate. THIS IS NOT A MALFUNCTION.

FIGURE 3:

To service for this, simply hit the correct side of the switch twice. Once to reset, the second for activation (Refer to Figure 3).
