- Affected vehicles on the enclosed list.

- Other eligible vehicles which are brought to your dealership.

DEALER-OWNER CONTACT

Immediately contact any owner whose name is not on the list. Give owner a copy of the Owner Letter. Arrange with the owner for a service date.

FORD CONTACT

Discuss with your Service Zone Manager any concerns you may have regarding this program.

FORM 1863

Only the Form 1863 will be accepted for reimbursement under this program. Upon completion of the required service, the Form 1863 must be completely filled out and signed by authorized dealer personnel. Dealers having Direct Warranty Entry (DWE) are to use that method of claim submission.

OWNER REFUNDS

For owner-paid repairs made before date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the selling dealer):

- Submit on separate Form 1863 using the codes shown below:
