JB4 Checking Wiring Harness (Door Function Test)

^ It is desired to activate the Door Functional Test. In order to do this, the following action is required:

^ Raise vehicle's hood up completely.

^ Close all vehicle doors.

^ Release STAR test button so that it remains in the up HOLD position after code 35 has been displayed for at least 5 seconds.

NOTE: As long as STAR teat button is in the up HOLD position, the Door Functional Test will continue. The Door Functional Testis used to verify that the air suspension control module is receiving the door open and closed signals. When all doors are closed the vent solenoid located in the air compressor assembly will cycle on and off continuously.

^ If at least one door is open then the air compressor and vent solenoid valve will cycle on and off continuously.

Vent solenoid is
cycling On and Off -- GO to JB5.

Air compressor and vent solenoid
cycling On and Off -- GO to JB23.

Neither the air compressor or vent
solenoid are cycling On and Off. -- Door Functional Test was not entered. REPEAT Step JB4.
