KB7 - Check VPWR Circuit Voltage

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Canister Purge (CANP) valve disconnected.

- Measure voltage between VPWR at the CANP valve vehicle harness connector and battery ground.

- Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

Yes -- Go to KB8. KB8 - Check Continuity of CANP Circuit

No -- Service open in harness. Reconnect CANP valve. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
