Plenum Assembly

REMOVAL
1. Remove instrument panel.
2. Disconnect vacuum hose at vacuum control motor located just above windshield defroster door on RH side of heater air plenum chamber.
3. Remove two screws retaining heater air plenum chamber to instrument panel.
4. Disconnect A/C side window demister and hose from A/C plenum demister adapter on LH side of heater air plenum chamber.
5. Remove heater air plenum chamber from instrument panel.

INSTALLATION
1. To install heater air plenum chamber, follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten screws to 2.0-2.7 N.m (18-23 lb-in).
