Condenser to Evaporator Line

REMOVAL
1. Recover the refrigerant. Evacuation and Charging





2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
1 Loosen the engine air cleaner tube clamps.
2 Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.





3. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube from the A/C evaporator core.





4. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube from the A/C condenser core.





5. Remove the strut cover.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the cover.





6. Remove the condenser to evaporator tube support clip retaining nut.





7. Remove the condenser to evaporator tube.

INSTALLATION









1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order
