Intake Manifold

UPPER

Upper Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence:

Retaining Bolts ... 8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lbs.)

LOWER

Lower Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence:

1. Install bolts and stud bolts in location number 7, 8, 9 and 10 as shown in the illustration. Do not tighten.
2. Install bolts and stud bolts in location number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as shown in the illustration. Hand-tighten all 10 fasteners.
3. Following sequence shown, tighten fasteners 1 through 10 in numerical sequence to 20-30 Nm (15-22 ft. lbs.).
4. Tighten two intake manifold-to-lower intake manifold retaining bolts to 8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lbs.).

INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL (IMRC)
1. Tighten to 8-10 Nm (71-89 inch lbs.).
2. Turn 85-95°.





THROTTLE BODY
1. Tighten to 8-10 Nm (71-89 inch lbs.).
2. Turn 85-95°.
