SHIFT SOLENOID FAILURE ALWAYS OFF
Shift Solenoid Failure Always OFF Failed OFF due to PCM/vehicle wiring concerns; solenoid electrically or hydraulically stuck off.

Shift Solenoid Failure Always ON Failed ON due to PCM/vehicle wiring concerns; solenoid electrically or hydraulically stuck on.
